Contact ZACH (323.589.7028 or franciscostudios.la@gmail.com) to figure out a match between what we have available and what size space you need.  We can accommodate small bands (10 x 15) up to 10-plus piece bands (20 x 40) and everything in-between (20 x 20).  Either way, we recommend setting up a time to check out some of the possible spaces.  Once you decide on a room, all you need is the first month's rent (starting as low as $450), and you can start moving in your gear right away.  You have exclusive access to your space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Play as loud as you want for as long as you want!  We don't require any long-term contracts (it's all month-to-month) and electricity and wifi are included.
